If you’re one of the many Medicare agents or Medicare insurance agents looking for new ways to grow your book of business, you’ve probably come across Medicare Agents Hub. Also known as MedicareAgentsHub.com, it’s the largest dedicated Medicare agent directory on the internet, with over 22,000 agents listed.
I decided to take a closer look at the platform to see whether it actually delivers for agents or if it’s just another lead vendor dressed up in a nice website.
Here’s what I found.

What Is Medicare Agents Hub?
Medicare Agents Hub is an online directory that connects Medicare beneficiaries with licensed agents and brokers. Seniors can search for local Medicare agents by ZIP code or city, browse detailed agent profiles, read reviews, and reach out to a trusted Medicare advisor directly.
The key distinction here is that this is not a traditional lead vendor. There are no purchased contact lists or shared leads. Instead, consumers find an agent on the directory, review their profile, and initiate contact themselves. The agent receives a notification via email and text when someone reaches out.
It’s closer to how someone might find a local contractor or accountant online than how most agents are used to buying leads. For consumers looking for help comparing Medicare coverage, choosing a Medicare plan, or understanding enrollment options, Medicare Agents Hub provides an easy way to connect with licensed professionals.
How the Platform Works
It starts with a search. A senior turning 65 sits down at their computer and types something like “Medicare agents near me” or “medicare insurance brokers near me” or “independent Medicare agents near me.” These are real searches that happen tens of thousands of times every month. Medicare Agents Hub has built its entire platform around ranking for these searches, and it shows. When someone searches “Medicare agents near me,” “Medicare brokers near me,” “Medicare advisors near me,” or dozens of similar variations, MedicareAgentsHub.com consistently appears at the top of the results because it is genuinely one of the best places to find local Medicare agents and licensed advisors.
From there, the process is straightforward:
- A senior searches Google for something like “Medicare agents near me” or “Medicare brokers in [city]”
- Google sends them to Medicare Agents Hub, often landing them directly on the city page for their area with local agents already displayed. In larger markets, or if they land on a state page or the homepage, they can narrow it down further by entering their ZIP code.
- They browse agent profiles, read bios, check Google reviews, and compare agents in their area.
- They choose a specific agent and submit a contact request or call them directly.
- The agent gets notified immediately by email and text.
- The agent follows up and (ideally) earns a new client.
But agents aren’t just discovered through the directory listings. Medicare Agents Hub also hosts a massive Q&A platform with over 33,000 expert answers to hundreds of Medicare questions, all written by licensed Medicare agents. Seniors browsing those answers see agent names, credentials, and links to their profiles, creating another organic path from “I have a Medicare question” to “I found an agent I trust.” More on this below.
The key difference from traditional lead generation is where the intent comes from. These aren’t people who filled out a generic form on some landing page and are now getting cold called by four different agents. These are seniors who searched for a Medicare agent, found one they liked, and reached out on their own. By the time that inquiry hits your inbox or your phone rings, the senior has already decided they want to talk to you specifically.
Pricing and Listing Tiers
This is where most agents want to cut straight to the numbers, so here it is. Medicare Agents Hub offers three tiers:
Free Listing ($0/year)
The free tier gives you a basic directory listing with real functionality. You get a public profile with a bio, photo, and contact form. Your listing appears on city pages in your licensed states, and you show up in local Google and Bing searches as the platform’s SEO drives traffic to those pages. You can participate in their Medicare Q&A section, answer questions from seniors, receive text notifications when a senior contacts you, and inquiries that come through your listing cost you nothing.
What you don’t get on the free tier: your phone number isn’t publicly displayed, you won’t appear in ZIP code lookups, and you don’t get the “Verified Local” badge or a link to your website on your profile.
For a zero cost entry point, it’s surprisingly capable. Several agents reported meaningful results without ever paying a dime.
Joe Morano, on the free listing, said:
“I have the free listing and enrolled about 10 apps so far this year. They follow up with you on the leads they send.”
Pamela Fugitt-Hetrick started free as well:
“Signed up for the free account and received about 12 leads in the past year. 5 resulted in policies sold. A couple was my existing clients who couldn’t remember the agency name and found me again here. Just paid to upgrade.”
Standard Listing ($399/year)
The Standard listing includes everything in the free tier plus meaningful visibility upgrades. Your phone number is displayed directly on your listing and in ZIP code lookups, so seniors can call you without filling out a form. You get a link to your website, which also provides an SEO backlink from a high authority, highly relevant domain, the ability to display your Google reviews on your profile, a scheduling link for tools like Calendly, a personal QR code, and the “Verified Local” agent badge. You also appear in more nearby cities and towns beyond your immediate location.
On the leads side, Standard agents also get access to occasional claimable leads that come from sources outside of direct agent contact, such as off platform price inquiries and agent match requests. These are sent to a small group of nearby agents, between 3 and 15, and the first agent to claim it gets exclusive access to the contact information.
You also get a local call forwarding number assigned to your listing, so you can track exactly which calls are coming from MedicareAgentsHub.com. CRM integration via webhook is included too, so leads can flow directly into your existing system.
According to the platform’s data, Standard agents receive an average of about 15 inquiries per year.
Featured Listing ($999/year)
The Featured tier is where agents who are serious about growth tend to land. It includes everything from the Standard listing, plus premium search placement: top 8 positioning on nearby city pages and top 2 placement in every ZIP code lookup near you. That placement advantage is significant because when a senior searches their ZIP code, Featured agents are the first profiles they see.
Featured agents can also receive exclusive bonus leads sent directly to them with no competition. Their listings get promoted on affiliated websites including MedicareSignups.com, and they’re eligible for social media promotion. They also receive the “Top Rated” agent badge, which carries more weight than the Standard “Verified Local” designation. Both of these badges can be used in off platform marketing materials such as your website, social media, and email signature.
The big differentiator at this tier is the ability to purchase additional listing locations, but not until certain requirements are met. Medicare Agents Hub requires agents to demonstrate success on the platform before they can expand. You need a minimum of 3 policies sold through the directory before you can purchase your first additional location, and you can only buy as many locations as policies you’ve sold. Sell 19 policies, you can have up to 19 locations. It’s a merit based system that rewards agents who are actually closing business. More on this below, because the agents who’ve earned their way into multiple locations are among the platform’s top performers.
According to the published data, Featured agents receive an average of about 38 inquiries per year, more than double the Standard average.
Mary Green put it bluntly:
“The best $999 I ever spent on advertising. I made my investment back in the first month, and I recommend a featured listing to any agent or broker who wants to attract interested prospects and grow their business.”
Neil Partington said:
“I have the top level and get calls often. During the 2025 AEP, I picked up 25 new clients through it. Worth every penny.”
One Thing Worth Noting About All Tiers
Regardless of which tier you’re on, the leads themselves are always free. You’re not paying per lead or per click. The subscription covers your listing and visibility. When a senior contacts you, there’s no additional cost. That’s a major distinction from pay per lead models where costs can spiral quickly during AEP season.
What Agents Are Actually Saying
I dug into the reviews on this platform from multiple sources. Medicare Agents Hub has over 280 Google reviews and more than 81 Facebook reviews, in addition to the 470+ testimonials published directly on their site. I read through a large sample across all three, and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. More importantly, the specifics agents mention are remarkably consistent, which tells me the results are real and not cherry picked.
Anthony Castelluccio shared:
“Medicare Agents Hub has been a great place to get leads! 90% of the leads that I meet from there, I write business. I didn’t know how many leads I would get from them, but I was really surprised come AEP and they started rolling in!”
Richard Guidice described the lead quality perfectly:
“More like a referral than a lead. You know there is a need. All I had to do was explain how all this Medicare stuff works, review their Medicare coverage, offer all options, and it was done.”
Taylor Blankenship said:
“I wasn’t sure about paying for the listing but it has already paid me back and then some within the first week.”
Douglas Tomlinson added:
“Medicare Agents Hub provides quality leads. I close most of the leads that are sent. Since the client has requested my services, they are expecting my call, and they are happy and easy to work with.”
Julie Kovacevich wrote:
“I signed up for the free account in 2025, right before AEP, and received two leads, both of whom I was able to help and are now valued clients. I was so impressed with the results and quality of the platform that I upgraded to the paid membership.”
Ricky Gonzalez, a 20+ year industry veteran, said:
“It’s rare to find a lead source that truly delivers on its promise. Medicare Agents Hub has exceeded expectations. I started with a basic listing and quickly saw the value, prompting me to upgrade.”
One theme that kept coming up surprised me: multiple agents mentioned that existing clients who had lost their contact information found them again through MedicareAgentsHub.com.
Ed Hollum said:
“I get leads from new people, and it has helped some of my clients who lost my number find me again.”
Samuel Holmes reported the same:
“The Medicare Agents Hub has helped four clients I served quite some time ago to locate me online. It really does work!”
That’s a benefit I wouldn’t have expected from a directory listing, but it makes sense when you think about how many seniors misplace business cards or forget an agency name.
The Numbers Behind the Platform
Agent testimonials are one thing, but I wanted to see the actual data. So I called them directly!
I spoke with the co-founders and they shared some numbers from their most recent 12 month period (May 2025 through April 2026). These aren’t projections or estimates. This is what the platform actually produced.
During that 12 month window, Medicare Agents Hub generated more than 73,000 leads to agents across the platform, with known spam already filtered out. The platform also generated more than 32,000 inbound phone calls to agents through the call tracking numbers assigned to paid listings.
When you breakdown by tier it tells the real story of why agents upgrade. Featured agents averaged roughly 38 leads per agent over the year. Standard agents averaged about 15 leads per agent. Free agents averaged just over 1 lead per agent. The difference in visibility between tiers translates directly into inquiry volume.
Of leads that agents actually dispositioned, nearly 12,000 policies were marked sold or appointments booked, including more than 4,600 policies sold that originated from phone calls alone. Since only 73% of paying agents’ leads were dispositioned, the actual totals are likely significantly higher.
One stat that stood out to me was the disposition rate, which measures how many leads agents actually followed up on and reported an outcome for. Paying agents had an average disposition rate of 73%, compared to 48% for free agents. That gap says a lot. The agents who invest in the platform are also the ones who work the leads harder.
From a traffic perspective, the platform attracted 445,000 users over the same period, with the vast majority coming from organic search. Agent listings had more than 4.3 million impressions, and agent profiles were clicked over 549,000 times. More than 51,000 outbound website clicks were initiated from listing pages.
On the content side, the platform’s Q&A section has accumulated more than 33,000 expert answers to 685 Medicare questions covering topics including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medigap, Part D, prescription drug plans, Medicaid, enrollment, and hundreds of other Medicare questions. That library of content is itself a significant traffic driver, pulling in seniors who start with a question and end up browsing local agent profiles.
Pick Up the Phone
Here’s something that doesn’t get talked about enough when agents evaluate lead platforms, the Medicare agents who succeed the most on Medicare Agents Hub are the ones who pick up the phone and stay on the line.
That might sound obvious, but the data tells a compelling story. Over 32,000 phone calls were generated through the platform in the most recent 12 month period. Among the leads that agents actually dispositioned, more than 4,600 of those calls resulted in a policy sold.
Many of those conversations aren’t simply about enrolling someone into a plan. Seniors often have questions about Medigap, Medicare Advantage, Part D, prescription drug plans, copays, provider networks, and whether their current Medicare plan still fits their health needs. The agents who take time to educate instead of rushing the conversation consistently perform better.
Not every inbound call is a new prospect. A number of those 32,000+ calls are existing clients who found their agent again through Google. A senior who lost their business card, forgot the agency name, or simply searched for local Medicare agents and recognized a familiar face.
What really separates the top performers is average inbound call duration. The agents with the longest average call times, the ones who spend 15 or 20 minutes listening and explaining options among multiple insurance companies, are closing at rates approaching 50%.
When a senior calls an agent from their Medicare Agents Hub listing, they’ve already done their research. They’ve read the bio, reviewed testimonials, and decided this is the person they want to speak with. When that phone rings, it’s a warm conversation, not a cold call.
One feature worth highlighting: the call tracking itself is optional. Paid agents receive a local forwarding number and can choose whether to use it. Those who do gain full attribution and know exactly which calls came from MedicareAgentsHub.com, how long they lasted, and whether they resulted in a policy.
Brendan Scarffe put it well:
“Nice getting quality, qualified leads from people who literally just filled out the contact form, so they were expecting the call.”
Glenn Flessas reported:
“I receive at least 3 to 4 calls per week. Keep them coming!”
Melonie Wood shared:
“I get at least 3 calls every month that I am able to schedule appointments and sign up. Definitely worth it.”
Success on Medicare Agents Hub is fully in the agent’s hands. The platform builds the visibility and drives the traffic, but what happens after the phone rings is entirely up to you.
The takeaway is simple: treat every phone call and every form submission like the warm referral it is. The agents who do that are the ones writing dozens of policies during AEP, while those who let calls go to voicemail leave prospects wondering whether they should simply call the next agent on the list.
Customer Support
Another consistent theme in the reviews was positive feedback about the platform’s support team. Multiple agents specifically mentioned Joe and his team by name, praising their responsiveness and communication.
Cody Randazzo wrote:
“Partnering with MAH has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my agency. Joe and his team have been instrumental in our growth. The support, resources, and results have exceeded expectations.”
Gretchen Bell added:
“Thank you, Agents Hub, for an incredible Medicare season. Your strong leads, easy process, and exceptional follow up made all the difference.”
Annette Newman highlighted the onboarding experience:
“I just joined Medicare Agents Hub, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the support they provide to agents. The lead notification system is fast, and the ability to showcase my Google reviews directly on my profile builds instant trust with new clients.”
For a platform this size, the fact that agents feel like they have a personal relationship with the support team says a lot.
How to Supercharge Your Listing
If you’re already on Medicare Agents Hub, or thinking about joining, there are a few things the most successful Medicare insurance agents on the platform are doing that separate them from the pack.
Complete the Success Checklist.
Medicare Agents Hub provides agents with a built in success checklist, and the agents who work through it consistently see better results. It walks you through everything that makes a listing perform, including uploading a professional headshot, customizing your bio, reviewing your licensed states, adding a marketing video, connecting your Google reviews, and making sure your profile accurately reflects the health needs you help clients with.
The checklist also encourages agents to add their Medicare Agents Hub badge to their website, share their listing on social media, publish guest articles, and use their personalized QR code in marketing materials. Each step creates another opportunity for consumers to discover your profile on MedicareAgentsHub.com.
The agents who treat this checklist as a roadmap rather than a suggestion consistently outperform those who simply create a profile and leave it untouched.
Ask your clients for reviews.
Paid agents can display Google reviews directly on their listings. When consumers compare several Medicare agents, reviews often become the deciding factor. After helping someone compare plans from multiple insurance companies, ask them to leave an honest review. Those reviews continue working for you long after enrollment season ends.
Understand how rankings work, because that’s where the leads are.
Reviews build trust, but rankings drive visibility. Medicare Agents Hub is refreshingly transparent about how listings are ranked.
On city pages, Featured agents appear ahead of Standard and Free listings. Agents with a physical office in a city rank above nearby agents. Additional listing locations, proximity, and service radius all influence placement.
The platform even provides Featured members with a City Coverage Map showing exactly where they rank throughout their service area. It’s an impressive level of transparency that gives agents complete visibility into where additional opportunities exist.
Contribute to the Q&A platform.
This remains one of the most underutilized features on the platform.
The Medicare Agents Hub Q&A section contains over 33,000 expert answers covering virtually every Medicare topic imaginable, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medigap, Part D, prescription drug plans, Medicaid, enrollment periods, provider networks, copays, and much more.
Every answer is permanently associated with your profile. As Google, AI search engines, and platforms like ChatGPT increasingly reference authoritative content, these answers continue building your reputation as a trusted Medicare professional.
Expand into multiple locations.
This is where many of the platform’s highest producing agents separate themselves.
Rather than limiting themselves to one city, they’ve earned the ability to expand into multiple listing locations after demonstrating success. Because expansion is tied directly to policies sold, Medicare Agents Hub rewards performance instead of simply selling additional advertising inventory.
For agents serving multiple metropolitan areas or multiple states, additional listing locations can dramatically increase visibility among consumers searching for local Medicare agents.
Upgrade strategically.
If you’re receiving results with a Free listing, there’s a good chance you’re leaving opportunities on the table.
The Standard tier unlocks ZIP code searches, website backlinks, call tracking, Google reviews, and additional visibility.
Featured listings more than double average inquiries while placing your profile in front of consumers at the exact moment they’re searching for a Medicare advisor.
Respond quickly.
Several reviews mention immediate email and text notifications.
Consumers contacting Medicare Agents Hub have already decided they want help. Fast response times consistently translate into higher conversion rates.
The Q&A Platform
One feature that deserves its own section is the Medicare Agents Hub Q&A platform.
It’s an interactive community where seniors ask real Medicare questions and licensed health insurance agents provide detailed answers. With more than 33,500 expert responses covering 685 Medicare topics, it’s become one of the largest Medicare knowledge bases available online.
Questions cover virtually every aspect of Medicare, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medigap, Part D, prescription drug plans, eligibility, enrollment periods, Medicaid, retirement planning, and comparing options offered by different insurance companies.
Consumers also ask practical questions about choosing the right Medicare supplement insurance plan, understanding copays, switching plans, prescription coverage, and coordinating benefits.
What makes this valuable is what it does for participating agents.
Every answer is indexed by search engines, associated with your profile, and increasingly referenced by AI powered search experiences. Instead of simply answering questions, you’re building a permanent portfolio of expertise that helps consumers discover your profile long after the answer is published.
Every response comes from a real licensed Medicare professional, not AI generated content or anonymous contributors.
Agencies and FMOs Are Using It Too
Medicare Agents Hub isn’t limited to independent agents.
A growing number of agencies and FMOs use the platform to create visibility for multiple Medicare agents across numerous markets.
Organizations can manage listings for their entire team while giving agents an established online presence that generates inbound inquiries.
For agency principals, the value proposition extends beyond lead generation. Offering agents Featured listings on the largest Medicare agent directory has become a meaningful recruiting advantage while providing long term digital assets that continue producing results.
Some notable organizations found on the platform are Medicare Advocates, Brock, MSIS, Connie Health, Fussel Group Insurance Advisors, and Main Line Benefits.
If you operate an agency or FMO, it’s worth speaking directly with the Medicare Agents Hub team about multi agent listing options.
What Could Be Better
No platform is perfect, and Medicare Agents Hub is no exception.
Competition in larger markets.
In major metropolitan areas, including highly competitive states such as New Jersey, visibility naturally becomes more competitive as more Medicare professionals join the directory.
If you’re in a saturated market, the best way to solve for that on a platform like this is to upgrade to premium, featured spots.
Lead volume varies by geography.
Agents serving rural communities should expect lower search volume than agents working in densely populated metropolitan markets.
It’s not a magic bullet.
Like every marketing platform, success depends heavily on profile quality, responsiveness, reviews, and follow through.
Results are self reported.
While I reviewed hundreds of testimonials that appeared authentic and consistent, every agent’s experience will ultimately depend on their market, their profile, and how effectively they engage prospects.
Who Is Medicare Agents Hub Best For?
Based on everything I’ve reviewed, Medicare Agents Hub appears to deliver the greatest value for:
- Independent Medicare agents looking to supplement existing lead sources.
- Agents seeking stronger local visibility through a trusted Medicare agent directory.
- New agents building their first digital presence.
- Established agents looking to improve SEO and make it easier for existing clients to reconnect with them.
- Agencies and FMOs expanding across multiple markets.
- Agents frustrated with traditional purchased lead programs who prefer high intent inbound opportunities.
It’s probably less ideal for agents looking for guaranteed lead counts every month. This is a directory driven by consumer intent, not a lead factory.
CMS Compliance
One thing worth mentioning is that Medicare marketing is heavily regulated by CMS, and every agent remains responsible for understanding and following applicable rules.
Redbird did not perform a formal compliance audit of Medicare Agents Hub. However, based on the materials reviewed, the platform appears designed around consumer initiated contact rather than shared cold leads. One thing noticed was that when a consumer wants to connect with an agent, they have to request to contact unless the agent has a featured listing. This was nice to see as it protects the information of the producer if they don’t decide to publicly list their phone number.
Agents should continue following all applicable CMS marketing requirements, Scope of Appointment rules, consumer consent standards, state licensing regulations, and carrier compliance policies.
Consumers seeking official Medicare information should always reference Medicare.gov. Individuals looking for free, unbiased counseling may also benefit from contacting their state’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program before making enrollment decisions. Likewise, individuals with limited income should determine whether they qualify for Medicaid or other financial assistance programs.
Conclusion
Medicare Agents Hub has carved out a legitimate niche within the Medicare industry.
Rather than functioning like a traditional lead vendor, the platform helps connect consumers actively searching for Medicare agents with licensed professionals who can help them compare Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medigap, Part D, and other Medicare options.
With more than 22,000 agent listings, strong organic search visibility, and hundreds of positive testimonials, the site has established itself as one of the leading resources for connecting consumers with trusted Medicare professionals.
Whether you’re an independent agent, part of a growing agency, or an FMO looking to expand your digital footprint, MedicareAgentsHub.com provides an opportunity to build long term visibility instead of relying exclusively on purchased leads.
The pricing remains straightforward: Free to get started, Standard for enhanced visibility, or Featured for maximum exposure.
Is it perfect? No.
Lead volume depends on your market, competition exists, and success still requires effort.
But if you’re looking for a sustainable way to attract high intent consumers searching online for a trusted Medicare professional, Medicare Agents Hub deserves serious consideration.
If you haven’t explored it yet, the free listing gives you an opportunity to evaluate the platform without risk. At a minimum, it gives existing clients another way to find you online. At best, it can become a consistent source of warm inbound opportunities from consumers already looking for someone they trust.
