Job Posting Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Redbird Advisors Job Board

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a job posting with Redbird Advisors Job Board (“the Job Board”), you (“Employer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This includes Redbird Advisors’ Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not purchase or post jobs on the Job Board.

2. Eligibility

Employers must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and purchasing a job posting. By using the Job Board, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and that all job postings comply with applicable laws and regulations. Redbird reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

3. Identity Verification

Redbird may require employers to verify their identity before posting jobs. Verification may include third-party services, and Redbird disclaims all liability for issues arising from interactions with these services, including the handling of personal or biometric data.

4. Job Posting Guidelines

  • Job postings must be clear, accurate, and not misleading.
  • Employers must not post:
    • Jobs that involve illegal activities.
    • Content that is discriminatory, harassing, or defamatory.
    • Opportunities that require up-front payments or are categorized as multi-level marketing (MLM).
  • Redbird reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any job posting that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate, and is not required to provide justification for such actions.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment for job postings must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are not available unless the posting cannot be published due to a technical error caused by Redbird Advisors.
  • Redbird does not guarantee the success of job postings, candidate suitability, or the hiring of candidates.

6. Duration of Posting

  • Each job posting remains live on the Job Board for 30 days unless a different duration is specified and agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Employers may extend the posting period by purchasing additional time or choosing to upgrade to a monthly recurring charge.

7. Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the job posting content.
  • Employers must respond promptly to candidate inquiries and applications.
  • Employers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redbird Advisors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Job Board, including claims related to job postings or hiring practices.

8. Prohibited Use

Employers may not use the Job Board to:

  • Harvest data, including personal information of candidates.
  • Promote unrelated products, services, or businesses.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Job Board.
  • Fraudulently place links to external URLs.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Redbird does not verify the qualifications or suitability of candidates who apply through the Job Board.
  • Employers agree to release Redbird from any claims or damages arising from the use of the Job Board, including hiring decisions, workplace conduct, or legal disputes.
  • The Job Board is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Linked Accounts

  • Employers may link multiple users to a single account, granting varying levels of access and functionality. Admins are responsible for managing these roles and ensuring compliance with these terms.
  • Employers agree to indemnify Redbird against claims arising from actions or purchases made by linked users.

11. Data Retention

  • Redbird may retain business records related to accounts as required by law. Employers are responsible for their own compliance with data retention laws and practices.
  • If an account is terminated, Redbird is not responsible for retaining or providing access to deleted data.

12. Modification of Terms

Redbird reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Employers will be notified of changes via email or a notice on the Job Board. Continued use of the Job Board constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination

  • Redbird reserves the right to terminate an Employer’s account or remove job postings without notice for violations of these terms.
  • Employers may terminate their use of the Job Board at any time by notifying Redbird. However, no refunds will be issued for unused posting periods.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
