Key Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-set daytime appointments and guide clients through Medicare and life insurance solutions.

  • Help seniors understand their coverage options and enroll in plans that fit their healthcare and financial needs.

  • Offer products such as Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, Term Life, and Fixed Annuities.

  • Use digital tools and CRM to manage appointments, follow-ups, and policy servicing.

  • Build a growing book of business through consistent follow-up and client referrals.

  • Work closely with internal teams to stay informed, compliant, and prepared.

What We’re Looking For

  • Client-Focused Communicator: You listen, educate, and help clients make informed decisions.

  • Licensed Professional: Life and Health license is required.

  • Sales Experience: Background in insurance, finance, or senior services is preferred.

  • Home Office Ready: You have a quiet space, dependable internet, and are comfortable with remote tools.

  • Self-Disciplined: You manage your schedule and meet goals without being micromanaged.

  • Comfortable with Technology: Familiar with using iPads, CRMs, and digital communication.
