Key Responsibilities

Meet with pre-set appointments daily and conduct thorough insurance needs assessments.

Sell Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, Term Life, and Indexed Annuities.

Educate clients on insurance solutions tailored to their healthcare and retirement needs.

Maintain your book of business and build long-term client relationships.

Leverage in-house technology and CRM to track client interactions and manage your pipeline.

Collaborate with other agents and mentors to enhance your skills and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For

Self-Starter: You take initiative and work independently.

Licensed: Active Life & Health license (or willing to obtain one).

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms and iPad-based tools.

Sales Experience: Previous success in sales or customer service is preferred.

Coachability: Open to mentorship and feedback to level up your performance.

Dependable Transportation: Willing to travel locally 1–2 days per week.

Compensation
Commission-Only Pay Range: $0 – $150,000+ annually
