What You’ll Do as a Sales Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of our sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Live Call Coaching: Monitor live sales calls and provide real-time feedback to help agents improve their performance.
  • Motivating the Team: Inspire agents to become the best version of themselves by fostering a positive and goal-driven culture.
  • Goal Setting: Establish individual and team performance goals, and consistently track and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly results.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and diagnose areas of opportunity for agents.
  • Training and Development: Develop customized training plans and actionable steps to help agents overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • Financial Coaching: Guide agents on managing advances to prepare for chargebacks and taxes effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:

Location Requirement

This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in Wentzville, MO (63385). Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
