Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the sales playbook and meet with pre-set appointments to offer insurance solutions.

  • Sell a range of products including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Final Expense, Term Life, and Annuities.

  • Use digital tools to complete applications, track commissions, and manage your pipeline.

  • Educate clients on their coverage options and provide clear recommendations.

  • Build long-term relationships and follow up to retain clients and grow your book.

  • Engage with mentors and participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-Driven: You want a system you can follow to earn real income and make a difference.

  • Licensed: Life and Health license required (or willing to obtain one).

  • Coachability: You’re eager to learn and ready to follow a proven process.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms, iPads, and quoting software.

  • Organized: Able to manage multiple leads, appointments, and client communications daily.

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred.

Compensation

  • Commission-Only Pay Range: $0 – $150,000+ annually
