Key Responsibilities

Consult with seniors and retirees to provide Medicare and life insurance solutions.

Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplements, Final Expense, and other relevant products.

Use CRM tools to manage your book of business, track activity, and follow up with clients.

Cross-sell life and ancillary products to increase client value and retention.

Collaborate with our support team to resolve client questions and streamline enrollment.

Participate in ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills and stay compliant.
What We’re Looking For

Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re self-motivated and want to build a lasting business.

Licensed Agent: Life and Health license required.

Organized & Coachable: You value support, feedback, and continuous learning.

Sales Experience: 2+ years in sales or insurance preferred.

Client-Focused: You put service and education first in every interaction.

Technology-Driven: Comfortable using CRMs, mobile apps, and digital quoting tools.

Compensation
Commission-Only Pay Range: $0 – $150,000+ annually
Bonus Opportunities: Available through carrier incentives and agency contests
Renewals: Lifetime renewals on Medicare and life products, 100% client ownership
