Key Responsibilities

Participate in training and mentorship programs to learn the sales process and product knowledge.

Meet with clients through pre-set appointments to assess their insurance needs.

Educate individuals and families on the benefits of life insurance, Medicare health plans, and final expense coverage.

Use digital tools like an iPad and CRM system to stay organized and manage your activity.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through ongoing service and follow-up.

Collaborate with team members and attend coaching sessions to continually improve.

Compensation
Commission-Only Pay Range: $0 – $100,000+ annually (based on performance)
