Jonas Roeser – AI Innovation & Customer Acquisition
Jonas C. Roeser is an entrepreneur, strategist, and AI-driven innovator redefining how trust, visibility, and decision-making operate in the insurance industry. With more than two decades of experience building and scaling companies across insurance, technology, and media, he is widely recognized for his ability to anticipate market shifts and create platforms that align with how consumers actually choose.
Jonas is the Co-Founder and CEO of Agent Review, an AI-powered platform transforming how insurance agents are discovered, evaluated, and selected. Originally launched in 2015 and recognized as Insurance Industry Product of the Year, Agent Review has evolved into a next-generation SaaS ecosystem designed for the emerging AI “answer economy.” Often compared to platforms like Yelp or Zillow for insurance, Agent Review has advanced beyond directories into a system that enables agents to establish verified digital identities, build trust signals, and position themselves within AI-driven search environments where modern consumer decisions are increasingly made.
Throughout his career, Jonas has consistently operated at the forefront of insurance distribution and consumer engagement. As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of LTC Financial Partners (later ACSIA Partners),, he helped scale one of the largest long-term care insurance agencies in the United States, leading national marketing, sales growth, and strategic partnerships. His work drove multimillion-dollar lead generation campaigns for organizations including USAA, Highmark Blue Cross, and the National Education Association, and contributed to the company’s recognition as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies. Jonas has also played a key role in shaping agent enablement and distribution innovation across the industry. He worked with American Independent Marketing (AIM) to develop their Connected Agent program alongside Aaron Kassover of Agent Methods, an initiative focused on modernizing how agents build digital presence and engagement. He also served on the Penn Treaty advisory board, contributing insight into long-term care distribution and strategy.
A pioneer in consumer awareness, Jonas founded the 3in4 Association, launching the nationally recognized “3in4 Need More” campaign bringing long-term care planning into mainstream conversation through large-scale media exposure. His creative approach to engagement included organizing nationwide initiatives such as the “Seniors Got Talent” contest with Emeritus Senior Living and staging flash mobs in Times Square to drive awareness. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Jonas has held executive roles including Vice President of Business Development at AmTrust Insurance (Suracy) and played a pivotal role in branding and launching Sertis Insurance. His experience spans both startup innovation and enterprise-scale execution, giving him a unique perspective on how legacy industries evolve. What differentiates Jonas is his ability to connect technology, trust, and distribution. He is a leading voice on the shift from traditional search to AI-driven decision environments often referred to as the “decision layer”where platforms, reputation signals, and data converge to influence outcomes before a consumer ever makes direct contact. He is also an active industry voice, with published insights featured across insurance and financial media, and is a frequent podcast guest and speaker on AI in insurance, digital trust, and modern agent branding.
Early Life
Beyond insurance and technology, Jonas brings a deep creative and storytelling background to his work. He has served as an Executive Producer on three feature films and a television pilot, Dr. Marion to the Rescue,, helping raise capital and bring projects to market. Coming from a strong Hollywood and California lineage, Jonas draws creative inspiration from his grandmother, Kay Scott, a Howard Hughes-era starlet and award-winning composer, and her husband, Leonard Rosenman, a two-time Academy Award–winning composer (East of Eden, Rebel Without a Cause, Barry Lyndon). His extended family includes Hollywood icons Jane Powell and Mona Freeman, actors Joseph and Christian Cousins, and Disney legend Dick Irvine, whose legacy lives on through the Richard F. Irvine riverboat at Walt Disney World.
His work has earned industry recognition, including the Xerox PIXI Award for marketing innovation and the John Hancock Bright Idea Award, and he continues to advise and build companies at the intersection of AI, digital identity, and marketplace trust. Today, Jonas is focused on shaping the future of insurance distribution, where success is no longer defined by who generates the most leads, but by who becomes the most trusted answer. His resume matched the highly selective profile Redbird Advisors was searching for in an Advisory Board member to join and help scale growth and industry change.
