Key Responsibilities

Offer personalized insurance recommendations by comparing products from multiple carriers.

Sell Medicare health plans, life insurance policies, final expense, and annuity solutions.

Meet with clients in person or remotely to assess needs and build trust.

Educate clients on product options and assist them through the enrollment process.

Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and follow up on all leads and referrals.

Continue your professional development with training from high-performing brokers.
What We’re Looking For

Licensed & Experienced: Active Life & Health license required with 2+ years in sales or insurance preferred.

Client-Centered: You prioritize finding the right solution—not pushing a product.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital quoting tools, CRM systems, and mobile devices.

Sales-Minded: You enjoy solving problems and helping clients make smart decisions.

Compensation
- Commission-Only Pay Range: $0 – $150,000+ annually
